德國寶得兩位三通微型搖臂電磁閥:由導(dǎo)閥和主閥芯連著形成通道,常閉型電磁閥電磁前驅(qū)通電時,產(chǎn)生的電磁力使導(dǎo)閥打開,介質(zhì)流向出口,主閥上腔壓力迅速下降,在主閥上下腔內(nèi)形成壓差克服彈簧力而隨之向上運動,主閥開啟,介質(zhì)暢通流暢,電磁閥開啟;線圈斷電時,電磁力消失,動鐵芯在彈簧力的作用下復(fù)位,封閉導(dǎo)閥,介質(zhì)從平衡孔中流入,主閥芯上腔壓力增大,并在彈簧力的作用下向下運動,封閉主閥,介質(zhì)斷流,電磁閥封閉。常開型與此相反;體積小,功率低,但介質(zhì)壓差范圍受限,管道中壓力必需知足開啟的壓差前提。
分步直動式(反沖式) :采用次開閥和兩次開閥連在體,常閉型電磁閥線圈通電時,電磁力將導(dǎo)閥打開,導(dǎo)閥設(shè)在主閥口上,此時主閥上腔的壓力通過導(dǎo)閥口卸荷,主閥下腔壓力大于上腔壓力,在利用壓力差和電磁力的共同作用下使主閥芯向上運動,電磁閥打開,介質(zhì)流通;線圈斷電時,電磁力消失,在動鐵芯的自重和彈簧力的作用下關(guān)閉導(dǎo)閥孔,此時介質(zhì)在平衡孔中進入主閥上腔,使上腔壓力升高,在彈簧力和壓力的作用下關(guān)閉主閥,介質(zhì)斷流。 常開型與此相反;在零壓差或高壓時可靠工作,但功率及體積較大;
